Andrew J. Treuting is a partner and managing attorney  of Smith and Treuting, specializing in commercial real estate.  Andrew has experience in real estate contracts, successions, family/domestic law, contract and general business transactions.

 

In addition to the practice of law, Andrew is licensed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission as both a pre-licensing and post-licensing real estate course instructor.

 

Andrew graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 2001, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans in 2005.

 

Andrew is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association. Andrew practices before all Louisiana State Courts. He is a member of the Louisiana Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Title Attorneys, and an affiliate member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. Andrew joined Smith and Treuting in June of 2006.
